(A) No person shall carry, transport or have in his or her possession in any public place, other than permitted public places, any open, resealed or partly empty container containing an alcoholic beverage of any kind or description.
(B) No person shall consume any alcoholic beverage in a public place other than a permitted public place as defined in this local law.
