§ 131.15 PROHIBITION AGAINST WEAPON DISCHARGE; EXCEPTIONS.
   In accordance with the police power granted to it for the promotion of the health, comfort, safety and welfare of the society and in particular the residents of the village, it shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any weapon, including but not limited to, a gas or air gun, spring propelled gun, cross-bow, long bow, compound bow, wrist rocket or sling shot, within the corporate limits of the village, except when in discharge of an official duty or police function or in self-defense.
