§ 113.21 WHEN PERMITTED.
   The conduct of games of chance shall be permitted on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as Sunday, except that no games of chance shall be conducted on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve as provided in N.Y. Gen. Mun. Law § 195.
