Games of chance may be conducted within the territorial limits of the village by an authorized organization, after the organization has obtained a license therefor in accordance with the provisions, requirements and limitations of N.Y. Gen. Mun. Law Art. 9-A, the rules and regulations of the State Racing and Wagering Board and this chapter.
