(A) No person, firm or corporation shall conduct or carry on any business described in this chapter in such a manner as to unduly disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
(B) All premises used for any of the business aforesaid shall at all times be kept in a cleanly and wholesome condition and in full compliance with all the ordinances of the village and in accordance with the reasonable rules, regulations and directions of the Board of Health and the Village Board.
