§ 95.01 WEEDS, LONG GRASSES, POISONOUS OR HARMFUL GROWTHS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No property owner or lessor shall permit weeds, long grass or growths which are harmful, poisonous or detrimental to health to grow on real property owned in the village.
   (B)   The growth can be harmful to health, constitute an unsightly condition and harbor insects and animals that may be hazardous.
