§ 94.57 FAILURE OF OWNER OR OCCUPANT TO COMPLY WITH NOTICE.
   In the event of failure to comply with the requirements of this subchapter after the notice, the Superintendent of Public Works may enter upon the premises as such person with the others as he or she may require and remove or alter the obstruction accordingly.
