No person shall fix or attach a sign to any tree along the streets of the village. No person shall willfully injure, damage or destroy any shade trees planted along the streets, grass plots or sidewalks of the incorporated village, nor injure or deface any building, fence or ornamental thing on the village’s property or rights-of-way.
