§ 94.20 MINUTES OF COMMISSION ACTION OR DECISION TO BE FILED WITH VILLAGE CLERK AS PREREQUISITE TO BECOMING EFFECTIVE.
   No action or decision of the Tree Commission shall become effective until the minutes of the Tree Commission describing the action or decision are filed in the office of the Village Clerk.
