(A) The Board of Trustees hereby creates a Village Tree Commission consisting of five Commissioners appointed by the Mayor.
(B) Qualifications:
(1) Each Commissioner shall be a resident of the village;
(2) No Commissioner shall simultaneously hold any other elected or appointed office of the village; and
(3) Each Commissioner shall have attained the age of 18 years on or before the date that he or she will assume his or her official duties.
