(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to push or deposit snow or ice in, on or across any street or sidewalks within the village.
(B) No person, firm or corporation shall plow, shovel, sweep or pile snow, ice or other materials or permit or cause any snow, ice or other materials to be deposited in or on any sidewalk, street, right-of-way or public highway in the village so as to interfere with the safety and convenience of public travel, the snow removal operations of the Department of Public Works, or the drainage system serving the village.
