§ 93.043 INSURANCE CERTIFICATE REQUIRED FOR CONTRACTOR.
   No permit shall be issued to a contractor until he or she has filed with the Village Clerk a certificate showing that he or she carries workers’ compensation for all of his or her employees and must show certificate of insurance.
