§ 93.024 REMEDY FOR FAILURE TO CONSTRUCT.
   If the owner or agent shall fail to construct the sidewalk within 30 days of service of the notice, the Superintendent of Public Works shall cause the sidewalk to be constructed and the owner shall pay 50% of the expense incurred.
