§ 93.008 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC ASSEMBLAGE OR PARADE.
   No person or persons nor any society or organization shall assemble or congregate upon the sidewalks or on any corner thereof or public place or places within the village for the purpose of holding a meeting or addressing an audience without first obtaining a permit therefor after approval by the Board of Trustees of the village.
