§ 93.003 SIDEWALK PEDESTRIAN RIGHT-OF-WAY OVER BICYCLE OR SKATEBOARD.
   The riding of bicycles or skateboards on sidewalks in the village is prohibited when it impedes pedestrian use of the sidewalks.
