§ 30.04 HARDSHIP EXCEPTION TO RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT.
   The Village Board of Trustees continues its residency requirement established by § 30.03 above. Where hardships are encountered, the time limit set forth in § 30.03 above may be extended in the discretion and as determined by the Village Board of Trustees.
