§ 92.02 STORAGE OF UNLICENSED VEHICLES.
   No unregistered motor vehicle shall be located at anytime on residential property except one that is covered with a tightly fitted tarpaulin, completely covering the vehicle. If any owner of a motor vehicle has purchased a replacement vehicle (new or used), the other vehicle (first owned) may remain on the private property of the owner or tenant for a period of no more than 30 days provided that the owner of the vehicle, immediately upon termination of the motor vehicle license for that vehicle, secure from the Village Clerk a permit to sell the vehicle on private property where they reside, if with the permission or the consent of the owner of the private property. Only one 30-day permit per year shall be allowed. Any holding over after the expiration of the permit shall be deemed a violation.
