§ 91.039 “NO SMOKING” SIGNS POSTED BY CHIEF.
   Whenever, in his or her judgment, it seems necessary or desirable, the Chief shall require signs to be conspicuously displayed in one or more locations, bearing the words “No Smoking” in red letters at least four inches high on a white background, and “By Order of the Board of Fire Commissioners” in black letters at least two inches high.
