§ 91.037 DISCHARGE OF FLAMMABLE MATERIAL INTO SEWER OR DRAIN PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge or lead, directly or indirectly, into a sewer or drain, either public or private, a flammable liquid, gas or vapor.
