§ 91.035 FIRE EXTINGUISHED UPON ORDER OF CHIEF.
   Whenever the burning of brush or trash on private property is, in the opinion of the Chief, of a magnitude or nature as to endanger life or property, or is not properly supervised, he or she shall order the owner or occupant of the property to extinguish the fire forthwith. In case the order is not promptly complied with, the Chief shall cause immediate extinguishment of the fire to be made.
