§ 30.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RESIDENCY. The actual principal domicile of an individual where the person normally sleeps and maintains usual personal and household effects.
