(A) Every place of business covered by this chapter shall be kept free and clean of waste paper and other combustible material.
(B) No person shall permit accumulation of waste paper, hay, grass, straw, weeds, litter or combustible or flammable waste, or rubbish of any kind to remain in a cellar, upon a roof, or in a court yard, vacant lot or open space.
