§ 91.032 PROHIBITION AGAINST OILY RAGS OR WASTE; EXCEPTION.
   No person shall keep or permit to be kept on any premises, oily waste or oily rags, unless at all times, when not actually in use, the oily waste and oily rags be kept in a metal can with riveted joints, having a self-closing cover, and standing on metal legs which raise the bottom of the container at least three inches above the floor.
