§ 91.031 DEPOSITING HOT MATERIAL IN, ON OR NEAR WOOD PROHIBITED.
   No person shall deposit ashes or hot material of any kind on a wooden floor or in proximity to a combustible partition within a building, or in a wooden receptacle or other container made of combustible materials.
