§ 91.016 POWER AND DUTY TO INVESTIGATE FIRES.
   (A)   The Chief, or a member of the uniformed force designated by him or her, shall investigate and examine into the cause and circumstances of every fire by which any building or property shall have been burned, damaged or destroyed, either in whole or in part.
   (B)   If evidence of incendiarism be found, the Chief or member of the uniformed force designated by him or her shall at once reduce his or her findings to writing and shall forthwith submit the report including the names and addresses of witnesses to the Board of Fire Commissioners with a copy to the Chief of Police.
