SCHEDULE I. RESTRICTED AREAS.
   (A)   Motor vehicles, motorcycles and all other vehicles may be parked, and allowed to stand in the following places and in the following manner, around the park. There shall be no parking or standing on the west side of the park. Vehicles shall be parked with the two front, or the two rear wheels against the curb on the north side of the park and on the east side of the park, and only parallel parking shall be allowed on the south side of the park.

   (B)   All vehicles parked on the south side of Elm Street from Main Street to Empire Street; on the south side of Chestnut Street from Main Street to the east side of Morgan Hall shall be parked at an angle with the curb, so that the right front wheel of the vehicle, looking forward, shall be against the curb, and the right rear wheel shall not be more than four feet from the curb.

   (C)   On the north side of Elm Street and on all other streets and places where parking is allowed, all vehicles shall be parked with the right-hand side of the vehicle looking forward, parallel with the curb, and the right front and rear wheels of the vehicles not more than six inches from the curb.

   (D)   North Main Street, South Main Street, streets around the public square, Mill Street, Elm Street, Riggs Street, Chestnut Street, Maple Avenue and First Avenue are hereby designated as main arteries of travel and any vehicle approaching the streets at any place where a legal stop sign is erected shall come to a full stop before entering upon the streets and thereafter shall enter the streets with caution.
