(A) Except for delivery or pickup on Pine Street, it shall be unlawful for any vehicle with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 20,000 pounds to travel on Pine Street between the points of intersection of Pine Street and Park Square and Pine Street and Green Street. For the purpose of this section, GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT shall mean the weight of the vehicle plus all cargo and accessories within or on the vehicle.
(B) A violation of division (A) above shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $250 or by imprisonment up to 15 days in jail, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
