(A) After removal of any vehicle, as provided in this subchapter, the Police Department and/or Superintendent of Public Works, whichever is applicable, may store the vehicle in a suitable place at the expense of the owner.
(B) The owner, or person in charge of the vehicle, may redeem the same upon payment of the amount of all expenses actually and necessarily incurred in effecting the removal, together with any charges for storage.
