(A) When any vehicle is parked or abandoned on any street within this village during a snow storm, flood, fire or other public emergency which affects that portion of the public highway upon which the vehicle is parked or abandoned, the vehicle may be removed by the Police Department and/or the Superintendent of Public Works.
(B) When any vehicle is found unattended on any street within the village where the vehicle constitutes an obstruction to traffic, the vehicle may be removed by the Police Department and/or Superintendent of Public Works.
(C) When any vehicle is parked or abandoned on any street within the village where stopping, standing or parking is prohibited, the vehicle may be removed by the Police Department.
