(A) Legislative intent. The purpose of this subchapter is to designate certain village streets for use by snowmobiles in accordance with the authority granted to the village by N.Y. Parks and Recreation Law §§ 25.05 and 25.09.
(B) Definition.
(1) For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(2) The terms, words and phrases used in this subchapter shall have the same meaning as those terms, words and phrases are defined in N.Y. Parks and Recreation Law § 21.05, and that section is incorporated herein by reference as presently composed or subsequently modified.
