§ 96.16 NOTICES.
   The permittee shall advertise the special event on at least two occasions, with one advertisement being in the local newspaper at least two weeks prior to the special event. The second advertisement may be made by newspaper, radio, television or other media approved by the City Manager. In addition, the permittee shall provide event advertisement information to the city, including an event fliers and description, no less than 14 days prior to the event so that the city can post the special event on the city’s social media. Permittee shall also be required to specifically inform and obtain written permission from private property and business owners who might be inconvenienced during the event.
