§ 96.10 NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION AND ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
   The City Manager shall forward the application to all appropriate city departments and such other agencies as deemed necessary and each department or agency shall have 15 days to review and comment on the application. Immediately upon the issuance of a parade, special event, or special event with alcohol permit, the City Clerk shall send a copy thereof to the City Manager, Fire Chief, Police Chief, Director of the Department of Public Works and such other agencies as deemed necessary.
