§ 96.08 NOTICE OF REJECTION; APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.
   (A)   The City Manager shall act upon the application for a special event permit or special event with alcohol permit within 30 days after the filing thereof. If the City Manager rejects the application, he or she shall deliver to the applicant a notice of his or her action, stating his or her reasons for his or her denial of the permit.
   (B)   If the permit is approved by City Hall, a notice of approval shall be delivered to the applicant.
