The following classes of officers and employees of the city and city agencies shall file an annual statement of financial interests with the Barren River
Regional Board of Ethics:
(A) Elected city officials;
(B) Candidates for elected city office;
(C) Members of the city Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of Adjustment, Code Enforcement Board, Industrial Board, and Electric plant Board;
(D) Members of the Board of Ethics created by this chapter; and
(E) Non-elected officers and employees of the city and any city agency who are authorized to make purchases of materials or services, or award contracts, leases or agreements involving the expenditure of more than $7,500.
