§ 36.05 MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH BARREN RIVER AREA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
   The city, by and through its Board of Commissioners hereby readopts, and incorporates herein by reference that certain Memorandum of Agreement by and between the City of Franklin and the Barren River Area Development District dated January 5, 1995, which sets forth the duties of the Barren River Regional Ethics Board.
