No person shall permit any public theatrical show, circus show, moving picture show, skating or any public exhibition of any kind for which an admission is charged to be given in any public hall or room in the city, if the hall or room is not furnished with a front door exit. The front door and rear door shall be so swung as to open outwardly and the two openings or doors shall lead from the audience room of the hall. Each exit both front and rear shall be not less than four feet wide.
