§ 150.16 CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.

The provisions of this subchapter shall be deemed as additional requirements to standards required by other ordinances of the city, the state and Franklin- Simpson Planning and Zoning. In case of conflicting requirements, the most restrictive shall apply.
