§ 138.06 SEXUAL MISCONDUCT.

(A) A person is guilty of sexual misconduct when he or she engages in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse with another person without the latter’s consent.

(B) Sexual misconduct is a Class A misdemeanor.
