§ 130.26 ESCAPE IN THE THIRD DEGREE.
   (A)   A person is guilty of escape in the third degree when he or she escapes from custody.
   (B) Escape in the third degree is a Class B misdemeanor.

   (C)   Obstructing governmental operations is a Class A misdemeanor.
