§ 130.25 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONTRABAND. Any article or thing which a person confined in a detention facility is prohibited from obtaining or possessing by statute, departmental regulation, or posted institutional rule or order.
   CUSTODY. Restraint by a public servant pursuant to a lawful arrest, detention, or an order of court for lav; enforcement purposes, but foes not include supervision of probation or parole or constraint incidental to release on bail.
   DANGEROUS CONTRABAND. Contraband which is capable of such use as may endanger the safety or security of a detention facility or persons therein.
   DETENTION FACILITY. w Any place used for the confinement of a person;
      (1)   Charged with or convicted of an offense;
      (2)   Alleged or found to be delinquent;
      (3)   Held for extradition or as a material witness; or
      (4)   Otherwise confined pursuant to an order of court for lawful enforcement purposes.
   ESCAPE. Departure from custody or the detention facility in which a person is held or detained with knowledge that such departure is unpermitted, or failure to return to custody or detention following a temporary leave granted for a specific purpose or for a limited period.
