(A) Any person or entity who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 118.04 through 118.07, 118.09 and 118.14 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for a period of not more than 12 months, or both.
(B) Any person convicted of violating §§ 118.08 and 118.12 shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $500 in the discretion of the district court.
(C) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 118.10, 118.11 and 118.13 shall upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for a period of 90 days, or both.
