§ 114.075 DUTIES OF FINANCE OFFICER.
   The Finance Officer is required to:
   (A)   Collect the license fees imposed under this chapter;
   (B)   Recommend to the City Manager the adoption of such written rules and regulations as he or she may deem necessary for the proper enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Any rules and regulations concerning the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter which may be promulgated by the City Manager shall be subject to the approval of the City Commission in accordance with KRS 83A.150(9);
   (C)   Receive the license fees imposed under this chapter; and
   (D)   Keep an accurate record showing the amount received by him or her from each license payer, and withholding employer, and the date of the receipts.
