§ 111.015 CITY LICENSES.
   For the privilege of causing, permitting and engaging in the actions, business, and transactions authorized thereby in regard to traffic in alcoholic beverages in the city and pursuant to the authority of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, there is hereby established a city license for each of the state licenses authorized by the Kentucky Revised Statutes to be issued by cities. The fee for each city license shall be as set out in the schedule set forth in § 111.018. In the event the Kentucky Revised Statutes shall hereafter be amended to authorize additional city licenses, the fee for each of said additional city licenses shall be the maximum fee provided in the statute as amended. Each of said licenses shall only be issued as allowed or required by the Kentucky Revised Statutes. Further, all definitions or regulations relating to said licenses shall be incorporated herein by reference. If any discrepancy exists between this or future ordinances and the applicable provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, the applicable provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes shall supersede the provisions of the code of ordinances.
