§ 111.005 ADOPTION.
   The provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws and Regulations of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and all amendments and supplements thereto are adopted so far as applicable to this chapter, except as otherwise lawfully provided herein.
