§ 95.53 ADMINISTRATION; ENFORCEMENT.
   The Superintendent of Public Works is hereby designated as the Administrative Officer in charge of administering this subchapter. The Superintendent shall issue permits, make all appropriate inspections, and shall further receive and file complaints regarding violations of this subchapter.
