§ 95.36 INJURING STREETS.

No person shall damage, deface or destroy any asphalt street by burning leaves thereon, by driving thereon with tractor or engine with cleats or other rough surface on its wheels, by pouring oil or gasoline on the surface thereof, or in any other way.
