§ 95.33 DEPOSITING RUBBISH OR REFUSE OF ANY KIND UPON THE CITY STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit or dispose of leaves, debris, rubbish or refuse of any kind upon the streets of the city.
