§ 95.30 REMOVAL OF SNOW AND SLEET.
   No owner, agent or occupant of a lot whereon a building of any kind may exist or the owner or agent in charge of any vacant lot within the city shall permit snow or sleet to remain upon the sidewalks abutting the lots for a longer period of time than 24 hours after the snow or sleet have ceased to fall.
