§ 95.29 CLEANING SIDEWALKS.
   The person owning or occupying property along any sidewalk or pavement in the city shall keep such pavement or sidewalk clean and the pavement in good repair, provided he or she has been notified or has information of the condition of such pavement or sidewalk.
