§ 95.24 SALE OF MERCHANDISE FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE OR OTHER TEMPORARY STAND OR FACILITY.
   (A)   No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall engage in the practice of selling or otherwise distributing any product from any motor vehicle parked within, or from any temporary stand or facility located within, that area of the city which lies within one block of the public square, to-wit: between the south right-of-way line of Madison Street and the north right-of-way line of Washington Street and between the west right-of-way line of High Street and east right-of-way line of Water Street.
   (B)   The proscription of this section hereof shall not apply to any religious, fraternal or civic organization, to any service club, nor to any educational institution or any club or group affiliated therewith.
